These are the most a North Carolina notary may charge under N.C.G.S. 10B-31. We may charge less, never more.

No other charges are made for notarial services (for example, for the seal, the certificate, or the journal entry).
Travel fee. When a notary travels to you, a travel fee may be charged only if you agree to it in writing before the notary travels. It is based on the actual round-trip miles driven times the current IRS business mileage rate, never a flat fee. Before you agree, we give you the estimated miles, the rate per mile, and the planned travel date. Ask us for an estimate and how it was worked out at any time.
Other services. Our non-notarial services (such as apostille handling, LLC filings, and business consulting) are quoted separately and are not notarial fees.

No se hace ningún otro cobro por servicios notariales (por ejemplo, por el sello, el certificado o la anotación en el registro).
Cargo por viaje. Cuando un notary public viaja hasta usted, solo se puede cobrar un cargo por viaje si usted lo acepta por escrito antes del viaje. Se calcula con las millas reales de ida y vuelta por la tarifa de millaje comercial vigente del IRS, nunca como una tarifa fija. Antes de que acepte, le damos las millas estimadas, la tarifa por milla y la fecha prevista del viaje. Puede pedirnos en cualquier momento un estimado y cómo se calculó.
Otros servicios. Nuestros servicios no notariales (como la tramitación de apostillas, la formación de LLC y la consultoría empresarial) se cotizan por separado y no son honorarios notariales.
