How we work
- Each request is assigned to a commissioned North Carolina notary public working with Solunaris International.
- Your notary speaks your language. Notarizations in Spanish are done only by notaries who speak Spanish, never through a translator.
- After you contact us, we reply by email or set up a call or video call, then invite you to our secure client portal.
- In the portal you upload documents privately, schedule your appointment, message your team, and follow your request.
What we do
Notarizations at your home, office, or another place that suits you; apostille and authentication; I-9 document checks for remote hires; real estate and loan signings under the closing attorney's direction; and help for businesses.
Our commitments
- Notary fees never above North Carolina's legal maximums, and a travel fee only when you agree to it in writing before we travel.
- Your documents go only through our secure portal, never by email.
- We are not attorneys. We don't give legal advice or help choose, prepare, or explain legal documents, and we are not immigration consultants.
